1. Information We Collect

We do not ask you to send card security codes, passwords, government identification, health information, or unrelated sensitive information in a support message. Please limit attachments to what is needed to resolve your request.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate checkout, process payments, fulfill orders, communicate about transactions, provide tracking and support, handle returns and warranty claims, maintain records, detect fraud, secure the store, troubleshoot issues, improve the shopping experience, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Providing an email or phone number for an order does not, by itself, constitute consent to unrelated promotional email or SMS marketing.

3. Shopify and Service Providers

Shopify hosts our storefront and supports functions such as checkout, payments, security and store administration. We disclose information reasonably needed by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, hosting and technical providers, and customer-support providers to perform their services. Some providers also process information under their own privacy notices and legal responsibilities.

We may disclose information to professional advisers, authorities where legally required, or parties involved in an actual or proposed business transfer, with appropriate safeguards. We do not make customer contact details publicly available as part of routine order fulfillment.

4. Analytics, Advertising and Marketing

As of the date above, we have not enabled merchant-added Google Analytics, Meta or TikTok advertising tracking, promotional email or SMS campaigns, or a third-party review application.

This does not mean Shopify or payment services use no technical data, measurement, cookies or fraud-prevention tools. Shopify's platform services and any active integrations operate according to the store's settings and their own terms.

If Shopify Network Intelligence or another optional advertising or cross-store feature is enabled, information about interactions with the store may be processed for the purposes described in the applicable Shopify notice. Depending on the feature and applicable law, some disclosures may constitute a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising even without a direct payment for the data. Applicable opt-out choices are described below.

We will update this policy and provide notices or obtain consent as required before introducing materially different advertising, marketing or data uses. We do not treat continued browsing as consent where affirmative consent is required.

5. Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to request access to personal information, a copy in a portable format, correction, deletion, or information about collection and disclosures. You may also have rights to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling, or to limit certain uses of sensitive information where applicable.

We may need proportionate verification for access, correction or deletion. We will not require unnecessary sensitive documents.

We respond within the deadlines required by law, explain lawful exceptions or extensions, and do not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising rights. Deletion may be limited where information is needed for taxes, an active transaction, security, legal obligations or disputes.

If applicable state law provides an appeal, reply to our decision with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. We will review it and explain any further complaint options. You may also contact the relevant state attorney general or privacy regulator.

Use any available cookie or privacy-choice control on the store to manage covered optional processing. Where required by applicable law, we honor recognized universal opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, for covered sale, sharing or targeted advertising. A browser signal generally applies to that browser or device unless it can be linked more broadly. You may need to repeat settings on other devices.

Traditional browser "Do Not Track" settings are not the same as Global Privacy Control. We do not represent that every browser signal produces the same result.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. Retention depends on the transaction, support and warranty needs, legal and accounting requirements, security considerations and applicable limitation periods. Some records must remain after an account or deletion request. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to lawful retention and backup processes.

7. Security and Processing Locations

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No website, transmission or storage system is completely secure. Protect account credentials and contact us about suspected misuse.

Shopify and other providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Applicable protections and transfer requirements depend on the processing and law involved. We do not promise that every record is stored only in the United States.

8. Children

Our store is intended for general adult shopping and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can investigate and take appropriate action. We do not knowingly sell or share information of children under 16 for advertising purposes.

9. Smart Products and Third-Party Apps

This policy covers our storefront and customer relationship. A smart product may use a separate manufacturer app, cloud service or device platform. Review its privacy notice and permissions before connecting a device. This store policy does not establish what an unconnected product or third-party app collects.
